Defining a “typical” client at Service Agility from outward appearance is difficult.  We assist retail operations, banks, utility companies, financial services companies, non-profits, insurance organizations, government agencies, and anyone else with customer-facing operations.  Our staff has worked with call centers of four phone agents and multi-site centers employing thousands.  Projects ranged in size from a few days to many months.  Yet, internally, these companies all share a desire to provide great service as efficiently as possible.
